A brightening interior renovation.
The interior renovation of 45 Municipal was geared towards providing a brighter lunchroom space for the Employees of the City of Guelph’s Public Works department. This included the reworking of the interiors of their lunchroom space, a space framed by stunning steel I-beams and a slanting ceiling.
Through the selection of new finishes, the new space celebrates the exposed structure of the room – creating a more open, welcoming space. The renovation opened the space to take advantage of the natural light coming from the existing windows, added new seating opportunities, and installed a new kitchenette for the enjoyment of the employees.
