The Bathurst Condos aren’t designed with just the resident in mind, but also the pedestrians and public users who will encounter and use the building every day. Designed with floor to ceiling glass at the junction between public and semi-private space, the ground floor provides a welcome dialogue between the main floor, sidewalk, and road. Our team’s thoughtful process and careful attention to detail allow the condo design to reflect and react to the complexity of building’s programme and surrounding environment.
